1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter « GCS ») apply to all sales of online music lessons offered by VG PRODUCTION (hereinafter « the Seller ») via the lucasgitanoFamily.com website (hereinafter « the Site »).
Placing an order on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GCS by the Customer.

3. Products and services
The Site offers online music lessons, available in the form of videos, downloadable files, or interactive lessons via access to a platform.
4. Price
Product prices are quoted in euros.
The prices shown on the course presentation pages are reference prices and may vary according to local taxes applicable to the student (VAT or equivalent).
As a result, the final price indicated on the payment page takes these adjustments into account, and may therefore differ from the price initially displayed. Customers are asked to check the total amount before confirming their order.
The Vendor reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the price list in force at the time the order is placed.
5. Order
The ordering procedure comprises the following steps:
- Selection of products on the Site.
- Cart validation and personal information.
- Acceptance of the terms and conditions by ticking the appropriate box.
- Secure payment via our solutions.
Once payment has been validated, the Customer will receive an order confirmation by email containing a summary and a link to access the services purchased.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The Site accepts the following methods of payment:
- Carte bancaire, via Stripe
- Paypal
The Seller uses a secure payment system that complies with current standards.
7. Product delivery
Digital products are available immediately after payment:
- By download: a download link is sent by email.
- Streaming: access to a platform via personal logins.
In the event of access problems, customers are invited to contact customer service via our contact page.
8. Right of withdrawal and money-back guarantee
8.1. Droit de rétractation légal
In accordance with article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the legal 14-day right of withdrawal is excluded for :
- The supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, where performance has begun after the consumer has given his express prior consent and waived his right of withdrawal.
- The supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer.
Thus, as soon as the order has been validated and downloading or access to the streaming content has begun, the Customer no longer benefits from the legal right of withdrawal.
By ticking the box indicating acceptance of these GCS when placing an order, the Customer explicitly acknowledges this condition.
8.2. Garantie “satisfait ou remboursé 30 jours”
Although the legal right of withdrawal does not apply, the Vendor offers a « 30-day money-back guarantee » on certain services.
This guarantee allows customers to request a refund within 30 days of the order date if they are not satisfied with the service or content received.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Advanced consumption of content: If the customer has viewed more than 30% of the content, he will no longer be entitled to the warranty.
- Payment in instalments: Only the first instalment is eligible for reimbursement.
- Specific products: Tablatures are not covered by this warranty.
- Abuse of warranty: The Seller reserves the right to refuse abusive requests for reimbursement, particularly in cases where several successive purchases are followed by repeated requests for reimbursement.
8.3. Modalités de remboursement
To exercise this warranty, the customer must contact customer service via our contact form by providing :
- Order number.
- Reasons for dissatisfaction.
An answer will be given within 7 working days. In the event of acceptance, the refund will be made by the same method of payment used for the order.
9. Liability
The Vendor cannot be held responsible for :
- the Customer’s inability to follow the course correctly for technical or personal reasons;
- any incompatibility with the customer’s equipment or software.
10. Intellectual property
All content (courses, videos, files, texts) is the exclusive property of VG PRODUCTION. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is strictly prohibited and liable to prosecution.
11. Personal data
The information collected is necessary for order management and customer relations.
In accordance with the RGPD, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data. For any request, simply contact customer service via our contact form.
12. Major force
The Seller may not be held liable in the event of major force preventing the performance of its obligations (e.g. server breakdown, natural disasters, network interruptions, etc.).
13. Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may have recourse to mediation in accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
